About Riad Kitula

This historic building was part of a Kalif’s palace built around 1750. Riad Kitula can be rented out as a whole or as individual rooms on a daily basis. The riad is situated next to the Koutoubia mosque and the Djemaa el Fna; a world heritage site and the largest square on the African continent. During the day, Djemaa el Fna swarms with snake charmers, musicians and storytellers; at night it transforms into the world's largest outdoor restaurant. Riad Kitula is also on the doorstep of Marrakech’s famous souk, so you can walk around in this bewildering maze and discover carpets, handicrafts, the colourful spice market and myriad stalls.

Riad Kitula has easy access to the main thoroughfare where you can hail taxis and Kaleshes (horse drawn carriages). It is also near Dar Moha, Topsil, and several of the best restaurants in Marrakech.
